INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups cranberry juice, chilled
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 large oranges, peeled, halved
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled



INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Step 1
    Divide cranberry juice between chilled glasses.
  • Step 2
    Place a large jug under juice extractor nozzle. Juice carrot, orange and ginger. Stir to combine.
  • Step 3
    Gently pour one-quarter carrot juice mixture, over the back of a spoon, over cranberry juice in 1 glass to create layers. Repeat with remaining carrot juice mixture. Serve.
