INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 2 large oranges, peeled, halved
- 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Step 1Divide cranberry juice between chilled glasses.
- Step 2Place a large jug under juice extractor nozzle. Juice carrot, orange and ginger. Stir to combine.
- Step 3Gently pour one-quarter carrot juice mixture, over the back of a spoon, over cranberry juice in 1 glass to create layers. Repeat with remaining carrot juice mixture. Serve.
