Strawberry fizz

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 x 250g punnets strawberries, washed, hulled
• 250ml (1 cup) vodka
• 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lime juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 1 x 1L btl chilled lemonade

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Step 1
  Place the strawberries, vodka, lime juice and half the ice cubes in the jug of a blender. Blend until almost smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve, gently pushing the berries through with the back of a spoon. Discard seeds.
• Step 2
  Transfer to a large jug. Add the lemonade and remaining ice to serve.
